SignCheck
With our "SignCheck" you can verify in seconds whether your PDF document is truly an unaltered original. Especially now that AI tools make deceptively convincing forgeries possible, we are glad to help you protect yourself against this risk.
Why SignCheck
Paper certificates are easy to scan and alter, even with a stamp and signature, and AI tools now make such manipulations deceptively convincing. That is why we sign our PDF certificates electronically: SignCheck lets you verify in seconds that an original is unchanged, whether shown on a website or printed out with a link sent by email.
Run SignCheck with Adobe
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat® and look at the „Signatures" panel on the right.
The presence of a „signature window" with the message „Certified by …" already confirms the authenticity of the PDF certificate. If this indicator is missing entirely, assume the document was manipulated. In that case, please get in touch with us.
Alternative: verify with the AI Assistant
You can additionally confirm authenticity using Adobe Acrobat's built-in AI Assistant:
- Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and select „Ask AI Assistant" in the top right.
- Ask the question „Is this document the original?"
- The AI Assistant confirms, roughly: „This document should be considered an original; the electronic signature is unchanged and valid."
